Stormwater Risk Management, LLC provides regulatory enforcement response coordination and enforcement action mitigation upon request.  This may include accompanying the project point person and the regulator on initial and follow-up regulatory inspections, participation in meetings at which regulators are present and during which potential enforcement actions may be discussed, and assistance with the drafting of remediation and action plans stemming from Notices of Violation.

SRM will brief the general contractor on typical regulatory inspection procedures and make recommendations concerning protocol during a regulatory visit.  SRM will review and provide feedback on the project’s records and stormwater management practices, including the stormwater management plan (SWMP), permit-required self-inspection records, and documentation of corrective actions and BMP maintenance.
