SRM created the Uniform Stormwater Management System (USMS) and associated training to provide managers in the field with everything they need to maintain minimum permit compliance.

In 2005, SRM and the Colorado Water Quality Control Division created the Colorado Stormwater Excellence Program (CSEP).
